Jim provides tax planning, tax consulting and tax return preparation services for his clients.

Jim has extensive experience in the tax aspects of structuring business acquisitions and sales, and in the U.S. tax reporting for international business and investment.

His client base includes corporations, LLCs/partnerships, trusts, and tax-exempt organizations in diverse industries, including manufacturing/distribution, transportation, real estate, healthcare, entertainment/media, and technology.

In his free time, Jim enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, and other outdoor activities.

Jim is licensed by the California Board of Accountancy.
